By spending time deeply relaxing and refilling, everything shifts—you think more clearly, have more patience, feel more peace, and connect more easily with your children. And all of this goodness rubs off on your kids.
In this Mini-Retreat for Moms, you’ll be guided through a nourishing yoga practice, as well as journaling and personal reflection, all designed to replenish your energy. You’ll connect with other mamas in a real and heartfelt community. You’ll take home simple, effective tools to help you find calm in the busyness of daily life.
Every mother, at every stage of motherhood—including pregnancy—is invited into this space of renewal and connection.

You are welcome to bring a mama friend along, and meet new ones here.
Please bring a journal or paper and pen.
No previous yoga experience is needed.
